Paris Olympics Cocktail Recipes

Lutèce Aperitif.           

Ingredients:

50ml Lutèce Aperitif

150ml Tonic water

Olives

Lemon

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice, pour over your Lutèce Aperitif, top with tonic water and garnish with an olive and lemon.

 

 Brenne French Single Malt Whisky

Ingredients:

50ml Brenne French Single Estate Whisky

150ml Soda water

Angostura Bitters

Lemon

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice, pour over your Lutèce Aperitif, top with soda water. Add a dash of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a lemon twist.

 

Merlet Liquers

Ingredients:

10ml Merlet Pear Liqueur

40ml Gin

150ml Tonic water

Lime

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice, pour over your Gin and Merlet Pear Liqueur, top with tonic water. Garnish with a slice if lime.

 

Coquerel Calvados

Ingredients:

50ml Coquerel Calvados VS

150ml Tonic water

Cucumber

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice, pour over your Coquerel Calvados, top with tonic water and garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Chartreuse

Ingredients:

60ml Vodka/Gin

10ml Manzanilla Sherry

5ml Chartreuse Elxir

Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
