A spirit that is incredibly smooth and versatile. Perfect for mixing cocktails.

METHOD

Laid down in oak barrels for at least 3 years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour.

TASTE & AROMA

Citrus and vanilla nose enhanced by notes of chocolate and raisins. Smooth rounded palate with coconut – fruity with a dry rounded finish. Balanced yet full flavoured.

RECOMMENDED SERVES

El Dorado Daiquiri: 50ml El Dorado 3 Year Old, 25ml lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup

Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with lime wedge.
