LUTÈCE APERITIF

ABOUT

Lutèce is a vibrant French apéritif synonymous with the City of Light, intended to reinvigorate the category with an original, all-natural recipe and 100% recycled packaging (bottle/labels/box).

METHOD

Lutèce macerate real herbs & plants separately - laurel, linden flower, whole lemons, gentian root, pink peppercorn, coriander & fennel seed - in French neutral grain spirit. These are then redistilled, assembled and proofed down.

TASTE & AROMA

Herbaceous, refreshing & slightly bitter.

RECOMMENDED SERVES

Lutèce & tonic: ½ Lutèce & ½ craft tonic, build over ice & garnish with a lemon & bay leaf

Lutèce frappé: 80ml Lutèce over crushed ice
