ABOUT

Merlet Brothers Blend cognac was developed by Gilles and his two sons, Pierre and Luc. This “Assemblage des Frères” is intended to be of a new style, in the image of the new generation. The marriage of different vintages, some much older, makes it possible to develop a unique style: the youngest bringing vigor and power, and the oldest bringing complexity and maturity.

METHOD

A blend of eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of 4 years, from Fins Bois and Grande Champagne.

TASTE & AROMA

Elegant and energetic nose characterized by cooked apricot, quince, white flowers, cinnamon and vanilla notes. On the palate it reveals delicate notes of white fruits and a subtle wood.
